Recommended Qualifications; Four year college or university degree in Library Science. Three years progressing experience in Public Library. Two years experience supervising and managing employees and volunteers. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position. Must possess and maintain a valid Iowa driver's license.
