Description

The position of Customer Service Representative is responsible to provide courteous service that assists customers and staff in efficient processing of deposit operations and general banking activity. The position includes participation in bank committees and consistent application of the vision, mission, and values of Iowa Trust.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, associate's degree; or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
