We are seeking a customer-focused member to join our team. Ideally, this person is willing or already licensed in personal lines insurance. The main purpose is to provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone and email.
Responsibilities
-Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive and empathetic tone in all interactions.
-Handle payment processing and perform other required financial tasks.
-Use computerized systems for data entry, managing customer accounts, and tracking sales and performance metrics.
-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting or surpassing customer expectations.
-Provide detailed product and service information, emphasizing features and benefits while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
-Keep the office clean and organized, ensuring adherence to safety and health protocols.
-Work with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall satisfaction.
-High School, but some college preferred
-2 years professional customer service experience
-Insurance License preferred but not recommended
