Cook and Kitchen Manager
Description
Must be knowledgeable and hands on with fryer, a flat top and grill.
Must be able to oversee a kitchen staff of four people and jump in when needed.
Will work on food ordering and inventory.
This position has the opportunity to create new entrees and food specials and revise a new menu.
Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a cook, or a recent graduate of a culinary program.
Pioneers Pub & Grub in Casey, Iowa is a small town restaurant with a big vibe and large following of fans in the surrounding area.
We are going into our 6th year of business.
