Duties include administrative, supervisory and professional work in the planning, development and operation of a comprehensive recreation program. Direct responsibilities in the areas of recreation programming, the community pool, and special events. Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent required with a college degree relating to leisure studies, recreation management, or a related field preferred. Two or more years experience in recreation preferred. Backgrounding aquatics preferred. Certified Pool Operators (CPO)license required or ability to obtain license within one year.
