Poldberg takes third at home meet for Panorama

Panorama cross country hosted 12 other teams on Thursday, Sept. 19 and finished 10th with 281 points. Ogden won the meet with 66. Noah Poldberg continued his string of top-three finishes, placing third in 17:54.50. Bladyn Wearmouth finished 55th in 21:18.10. Next was Zach Hayden finishing 74th in 23:12.00. Bennett Allen placed 79th in 24:17.70. Jeremiah King took 91st in 33:55.20. Next up for Panorama is the ACGC cross country meet where they will join a field of 12 teams on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Panthers take fifth at home cross country meet

The Panorama girls cross country team competed in a home meet on Thursday, Sept. 19. The Panthers finished in fifth with 146 points, highlighted by two top-10 Panorama finishes. Van Meter won the meet with 41. The sophomore duo of Kylie Rochholz and Laicey Lutz led the way for the girls with Rochholz taking fourth place in 20:55 and Lutz right behind her in fifth in 21:06.80. Almiranda Burnett finished 37th in 25:34.50. Maddy Lutz finished 52nd in 28:03.40 with Nella Rivas just behind her in 53rd in 28:05.90. Corrie Knapp placed 56th in 29:00.02. Jolynne Roeder placed 68th in 31:56.20 to round the Panorama runners that day. Panorama will make the short trip to ACGC High School for its next race on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Panorama drops both games in Greene County triangular

Panorama volleyball (2-5) traveled to Greene County High School to compete in a triangular with South Central Calhoun (17-5) and Greene County (7-8) on Tuesday, Sept. 17. The Panthers lost both matches, 2-0. Panorama will travel to Earlham for its next test on Tuesday, Sept. 24.

Winless Panthers look to right the ship against Wayne tonight

Panorama football (0-3) has not had an ideal start to its season and will look to get its first win of the year on the road against Wayne (2-1) tonight, Friday, Sept. 20, with kickoff slated for 7 p.m. Panorama has won the last three matchups with Wayne, including last season’s 35-6 blowout.
