Learn how to harvest herbs and learn about the resource, Spend Smart Eat Smart from Iowa State University Extension. Anyone younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $5 per garden. This program empowers youth and equips them with practical strategies to manage stress and difficult emotions and to improve overall wellbeing.
