Guthrie County Deputy Sheriff Shane Jones reported a car vs. deer accident occurring on Nov. 22 at 3:30 p.m. on Highway 25 south of Guthrie Center. Nicholas W. Knopik, 29, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was driving a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq northbound on Highway 25 and struck a deer, causing approximately $10,000 in damage.
