AJ Draper and Emmett King committed to continuing their academic and fishing careers at Southwestern Community College in Creston as part of the bass fishing team. Draper and King have competed with the Central Iowa Student Anglers since eighth grade, tallying up several accomplishments in the years that followed. In addition to several tournament wins in the past three seasons, the two were junior state champions and placed fourth at Junior World Nationals and National and World qualifiers in their freshman, sophomore and junior seasons. Last season, the duo was named the Team of the Year and finished inside the top 40 at Nationals.
