DUCK-HOME SWEET DUCK-HOME. Guthrie County Conservation Board aide Jerome Wiskus sets up a new duck house near Wichita. The Conservation Board, headquartered at the Turn of the Century Museum in Panora, has created many duck and goose nests for the returning water fowl.
