During a “Setting Up Shop Around Our Panorama District” event held at the high school in Panora on Dec.16, guests from the community were invited to share about their careers in the local area. GROUNDHOG DAY? Greg Derry had an unusual companion, his shadow, as he worked rebuilding the west side of McCann’s Garage in Guthrie Center Wednesday afternoon. The sun has been a stranger for nearly two weeks and was a welcome change from clouds, fog and gloom that persisted.
