The ACGC girls basketball team (9-3) lost at home to Earlham (10-3) on Friday, Jan. 16. This was a back-and-forth game from the opening tip. ACGC led 12-5 by the end of the first quarter. Earlham answered back in the second quarter, bringing the game within one point with ACGC leading 21-20 heading into halftime. Earlham then took a one-point lead, 33-32, into the final quarter. The Cardinals stepped on the gas, outscoring the Chargers 19-8 in the fourth to steal the win away from ACGC.
