Guthrie County Deputy Sheriff Bohden Bigler reported a two-vehicle accident occurring on Sept. 10 at 10:38 a.m. on White Pole Road. Keenan Michael Nicholson, 27, of Jefferson, was driving a Guthrie County 2004 Inite dump truck with a blade attached to the front traveling eastbound along the north shoulder of the 1800 block of White Pole Road with warning lights activated and a pilot vehicle in front and behind. The dump truck was moving into the right lane when the front blade made contact with the front driver’s side of the 2019 Ford Edge driven by Marigene K Lesle, 79, of Guthrie Center. There was no damage to the dump truck. Estimated damage to the Ford Edge is $2,000. No citations were issued.
