The Panorama boys and girls track and field teams were set to host the annual Kip Janvrin Invitational track and field meet, but it was cancelled. The next meet for the boys and girls is the Ram Early Bird, hosted by Greene County on Friday, April 10.

The ACGC girls golf team won its opening meet at the Woodward Golf Club, hosted by Madrid on Monday, April 6. ACGC shot a team score of 222. Behind them were Pleasantville, 232, West Central Valley, 247, and Madrid with no score. Pleasantville’s Laney Harvey was the medalist, shooting a 51. ACGC’s best score came from Alli DeWitt who shot a 53, placing 4th overall. Ava Sneller was right behind her in fifth, shooting a 54. Lucy Knutter shot a 57 for seventh overall. Rylee Robson placed 10th shooting a 58. Carrie Downing placed 18th shooting a 76, and Allie Wiers placed 20thshooting a 79.
The girls next meet is on Thursday, April 9 at the Greenfield Country Club hosted by Nodaway Valley. ACGC will compete against NV, CAM and Creston.

The ACGC boys and girls track and field teams were set to compete at the Kip Janvrin Invitational at Panorama today, Tuesday, April 7, but the meet has been cancelled. The next meet for both teams will be the Bill Miller Invite at Van Meter on Thursday, April 9.

The Panorama boys golf team hit the links for its season debut on Monday, April 6 at Deer Run Golf Club. Panorama competes against Interstate 35, Earlham and Van Meter. The girls will do the same, also starting their season at Deer Run.

The Panorama girls soccer team will hit the field for the first time this season at West Central Valley tonight, Friday, April 3. Panorama was victorious in the last three contests between these two, winning 7-2 last season. Rain is expected for most of the day in the area and could lead to a possible cancellation.

The Panorama girls track and field team competed at the Earlham Early Bird on Tuesday, March 31. The following Panther athletes earned bronze medals: Kylie Rochholz in the 1,500-meter run, and the 4×800-meter relay team consisting of Rochholz, Olivia Beaudet, Laicey Luz and Corrie Knapp. The girls had four other top-10 placements. The 1,600-meter distance medley team of Leah Carstens, Jacey Glade, Beaudet and Rochholz nearly made it three bronzes for the Panthers. Emma Walker was the next-best Panther placement, earning fifth in discus.
The girls next meet is at home for the Kip Janvrin Coed Invite on Tuesday, April 7. Panorama will compete against ACGC, Audubon, Central Decatur, Coon Rapids-Bayard, Glidden-Ralston, Greene County, Mount Ayr, Ogden, West Central Valley, Woodbine and Woodward-Granger.
