ACGC girls cross country earned third place for its 90-point effort at the Panorama cross country meet on Thursday, Sept. 19. Van Meter won the meet with 41. Ava Campbell had the highest finish for the Chargers, placing third in 20:49.10. Two other athletes cracked the top 20. Jayla Hoover took 15th place in 23:09 and Cadence Peterson placed 19th in 23:28.70. Adalyn Bensen followed, finishing 23rd in 23:47.40. Paige Van Meter placed 31st in 25:01.10. Brooklyn Schafer finished 42nd in 25:54.40. Emmarae Ellis finished closely behind her in 44th in 26:34.30. The Chargers play host for their next meet. Eleven other teams will travel to ACGC High School on Thursday, Sept. 26.
