THEY JUST KEEP GROWING. Five-year-old Kelly Countryman’s snowman added some pounds Monday night when the area received three inches of new snow. At the current rate, local snowmen will be old but healthy up until March.

SANTA REMEMBERS ALL. Even though he’s been in the hospital, 9-year-old Jeff Railsback, Guthrie Center, didn’t miss out on an opportunity to make his Christmas wants known. Santa visited with him Monday at the Guthrie County Hospital. Jeff was wishing to be released by Christmas.
