The Panorama boys basketball team (1-15) lost its away game to Exira-EHK (1-13) on Monday, Jan. 26. A third-quarter rally from the Spartans ultimately gave them enough cushion to survive a late Panorama comeback attempt. Cruz Crandall once again led the way in scoring with 15 points. Reed Draper added nine points and led the team in rebounds with seven.

The Panthers return to the court tonight, Tuesday, Jan. 27, at home in a clash with Madrid (11-4). Madrid has won the last seven straight against Panorama including a close 58-50 win earlier this season. The Tigers have one of the most dangerous sophomore players in the state in Jevyn Severson, who leads them in points (24.7), rebounds (9.1) and assists (3.3).
