The ACGC baseball team (3-4) lost at home on Monday, June 1 to Ogden (4-3). Ogden took a three-run lead in the top of the third inning and would hold that lead until the end. ACGC made it close with the score being 3-2 after the fifth inning but could not complete the comeback.

ACGC had five hits in the game, three of which came from Cal Clark who went 3/3 with three singles. William Skram and Joseph Fagan had the other hits. Thomas Skram had the lone sacrifice RBI. Clark also started the game, pitching five innings and striking out six batters. Thomas Skram pitched the other two innings, striking out five.

The Chargers head back to the diamond at West Central Valley (2-5) tonight, Tuesday, June 2. ACGC and WCV split the season series last year, with ACGC winning one 5-4, and WCV winning 7-4.
