The ACGC volleyball team (14-2) entered the Tiger Tournament at Griswold on Saturday, Sept. 12 an undefeated 10-0 and left it at 14-2. ACGC picked up wins against Denison-Schleswig (0-8), 2-0, Diagonal (1-10), 2-0, Southwest Valley (3-1), 2-0 and Griswold (8-7), 2-1. ACGC lost games to AHSTW (4-6), 2-1, and to No. 5 Riverside (9-0), 2-0.
Stella Largent and Ilana Baumert were name to the All-Tournament Team for their performances.
ACGC faces another big test at home tonight, Tuesday, Sept. 15, against Pleasantville (12-3). ACGC defeated Pleasantville last season, 3-1, and split the season series in 2024.
