EXIT Realty Corp. International announced Kyle Olson, Broker/Owner of multiple EXIT Realty offices across Iowa, as their 2026 Broker of the Year – Central USA.

Olson also received the Bronze Award, in recognition for closing more than 25 transaction sides within the company’s production year from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, during EXIT’s 30th Anniversary Celebration at sea aboard the Norwegian Getaway.
In addition to these accomplishments, Olson recently expanded his reach in 2026, adding four EXIT Realty Midwest office locations throughout Iowa to his operation. Now six brokerages strong, this growth marks a significant milestone in the continued development of his business with the brand since joining 10 years ago, multiplying his presence across the state and creating new opportunities to serve additional communities.
