The New Homestead (2306 State St. in Guthrie Center) invites the public to its Cy-Hawk Showdown meal from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, Friday, Sept. 5.
For a freewill donation, attendees can show their team spirit while enjoying a hot dog or brat (from Guthrie County Quality Meats), chips, watermelon and a cookie. A grab and go option is also available.
