The annual holiday tour of homes sponsored by Women for Panora’s Future (WFPF) will be Sunday, Dec. 7. Five homes and the Panora Church of the Brethren are participating this year. Ticket holders will choose their own route to each of the six locations 1-4:30 p.m.

Homes on the tour are owned by Jake and Ashlie Alspach, Mike and Natalie Blackford, Shane and Anne Broderick, Lyle and Monica Stutzman, and Mike and Joan Trebon. Addresses will be included on the tickets.

That evening, Lutheran Church of Hope Panora is holding a Christmas program and soup supper at the Panora Church of the Brethren. WFPF members plan to help decorate several Christmas trees that will be on display for the evening program. Organizers decided to open the Brethren Church for the holiday tour so more people can enjoy the decorated trees.

Tickets must be presented at each home the day of the event. Tickets purchased in advance cost $10; tickets the day of the tour will be $15. Advance tickets can be purchased from WFPF club members, Panora Library or by calling 712-249-2142.

Tickets the day of the tour will be available at the Panora Community Center 1-4:30 p.m. Holiday refreshments will be available, and club members will be selling raffle tickets for $1. There also will be a door prize drawing.

The home tour is the group’s largest annual fundraiser. It usually raises enough money to award several scholarships each year and support other local entities and projects.
