A proposal to restructure the Lake Panorama Association bylaws that would allow additional increases of member dues over the next five years was announced in early September, and the votes have been tallied for the Oct. 13 special ballot measure. A total of 870 votes were cast with 464 in favor and 406 against. With a majority of the votes cast in favor of the ballot measure, the proposed bylaw amendment is adopted.

By 2031, the funding will provide an additional $747,000 annually with those funds used to support current and future infrastructure needs, build reserves and reduce debt. Beginning in 2032, the LPA board would be limited again to a 5% annual increase from the amounts billed in 2031.
