Patrick and Debbie Moylan attended the 2025 Intermediate (50/70) Baseball World Series for 11-13-year-olds last week in California. Their son, Shaun (a 1997 graduate of Panorama High School), coached the D57 California team. Shaun’s son, Connor, plays second base for the D57 team. There were six teams from the United States and six international teams. U.S. teams that won their regions were from Louisiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Hawaii and Danville, California.
International teams that qualified were Australia, South Korea, Venezuela, Mexico, Czech Republic and Canada.
D57 beat South Carolina and Czech Republic but loss to Hawaii and New Jersey. Venezuela won the Championship game against Hawaii.
