The ACGC boys cross country team earned sixth place with 164 points at the Dallas Center-Grimes cross country meet on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Host DCG won the meet. Preston Kent led the way for ACGC, finishing 12th in 18:23.4. Head Coach Rick Blake congratulated Kent on his solid finish, as well as freshmen Adam Brown and Dayton Crawley for completing their first races. ACGC’s next meet is the Gilbert Invite in Ames on Sept. 11.
