The ACGC baseball team (3-5) lost an away conference battle to West Central Valley (3-5) on Tuesday, June 2. ACGC led 4-3 heading into the seventh inning. WC-V scored two runs in the final stanza to give them the late victory.

Joseph Fagan continued to hit the ball well, going 2/3 with two doubles and scoring two runs. ACGC’s three other hits in the game came from Thomas Skram and Chase Slaybaugh with singles and William Skram on a double. Blaize Dorsey pitched the first six innings, striking out six batters and allowing just four hits.

ACGC’s next game is at Woodward-Granger (4-3) on Monday, June 8. W-G has bested ACGC in every contest since 2022, including two wins last season, 9-4 and 11-4.
