ACGC girls win home meet

The ACGC girls track and field team was in excellent form on the home track. The Chargers scored 101 points as a team to narrowly outperform CAM, 98, in order to win.

Naturally, on the way to a first-place finish, the Chargers earned several medals. Nora Landggaard earned bronze in the 100-meter dash. Ava Campbell received gold in the 800-meter and 1500-meter runs. ACGC took home bronze in the 1600 medley relay. Finally, Cadence Boals also earned gold for her throw in the shot put. ACGC earned the bulk of its points from fourth-, fifth- and sixth-place finishes as well.
