The ACGC volleyball team (9-0) picked up another two wins at home on Tuesday, Sept. 8. The Chargers defeated Madrid (2-2), 3-0, and Ogden (3-3), 3-1 in West Central Activities Conference Action. The results have the Chargers sitting atop the conference.

It took nine games, but a team finally took a set off of ACGC. The Chargers were close to sweeping Ogden as well until the Bulldogs edged out a 25-19 third set. Stella Largent continued to be a force on offense with 27 kills. Kailee Kautzky led the team in assists with 33 out of the team’s 38. Kautzky also added a block on defense, joining Nora Langgaard with one. Ilana Baumert led in digs with 15. Blair Brown and Largent hit double-digit digs with 10 apiece. Baumert also led in aces with give. Kautzky and Largent had three each.
