The ACGC girls volleyball team (15-6) defeated Ogden (15-12) in straight sets at home on Tuesday, Oct. 7. Despite the sweep, each set was close. ACGC won the sets 25-20, 25-18 and 26-24. Becca Littler had a game-high 41 assists. Stella Largent was on the receiving end of most of them, with 21 kills. Those kills helped her reach the career milestone of 1,000 kills. Camdyn Richter also got in on the party with 14 kills. The Chargers were flying on defense with three players recording double-digit digs. Ilana Baumert led with 12, Largent had 11, and Richter had 10. Baumert also led the team in aces with three.

ACGC competes at the CAM Tournament this Saturday, Oct. 11. The other teams in action at the tournament will be Atlantic, CAM, Fremont-Mills, Riverside and Sidney.
