The Charger girls cross country team earned third place at the South Hamilton meet on Thursday, Oct. 10, with 96 points. Madrid won the meet with 59. Ava Campbell had the best finish for ACGC, placing seventh in 20:14.90. Cadence Petersen followed her in 15th, finishing in 21:54.20. Jayla Hoover followed closely behind, placing 16th in 21:54.40. Adalyn Benson placed 26th in 23:05.90. Paige Van Meter finished 37th in 24:06.10. Lillie Lauzon placed 46th in 24:35.30. Emmarae Ellis placed just behind her in 47th in 24:39.80. Hannah Muller rounded out the team’s winning performance, placing 59th in 26:14.90. Next for ACGC, the team hosts the WCAC meet Thursday, Oct. 17.
