The ACGC baseball team (10-13) earned a close victory over AHSTW (4-19) away from home in the first round of substate on Monday, July 7. The postseason victory also got ACGC into double digits for the season, both feats that seemed to be unthinkable after the team’s two-win season a year ago. The Chargers have a quick turnaround and will travel to Woodbine (15-6) for the second round matchup.
