The ACGC boys track and field team competed at the IHSAA 1A boys state track and field championships from Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23. ACGC placed 31st overall with six points scored. Riverside, Oakland, won the 1A state championship with 51 points. The best finish for the boys came in the sprint medley relay, where the team of Joe Crawford, Brexton Schneider, Kaden Sorensen and Talon Noland placed fifth in 1:34.48.
FULL ACGC STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RESULTS
- 110-meter hurdles: Brexton Schneider placed eighth in 15.02
- 3,200-meter run: Preston Kent placed 12th in 9:55.84
- Long jump: Ryan Martens placed 22nd jumping 18-11.50
- Shot put: Jack Sheeder placed 16th throwing 45-10
- Sprint medley relay: Joe Crawford, Schneider, Kaden Sorensen and Talon Noland placed fifth in 1:34.48
- 4×100-meter relay (prelims): Crawford, Scheider, Thomas Skram and Noland placed 15th in 44.54
- 4×200-meter relay: Crawford, Skram, Sorensen and Noland placed 10th in 1:32.05
- 4×110-meter shuttle hurdle relay: Skram, Morgun Nolte, Colin Stringham and Schneider placed eighth in 1:02.89
