The ACGC softball team (1-5) lost its away game against West Central Valley (3-0) on Tuesday, June 2. WC-V poured in 15 runs in the first inning, putting the game out of reach early. The Chargers had four hits, all singles by Tessa Slaybaugh, Trinity Calhoun, Megan Underwood and Camdyn Coffman. Slaybaugh scored the lone run for ACGC. Mound time was split between Jerzee Huss and Underwood.

The girls turn their attention to Ar-We-Va (0-4), which they face at home tonight, Friday, June 5. This is the first time since ACGC and Ar-We-Va have played since 2013, which was a 15-2 win in favor of the Rockets.
