The Panorama boys baseball team (1-1) picked up its first win of the season at home against Ankeny Christian (1-1) on Friday, May 23. Panorama was down, 5-1, by the end of the fourth inning. The Panthers exploded for four runs in the bottom of the fifth and added two more in the sixth to fuel the victory. The Panthers were walked eight times in this game. The lone RBI went to Brayden Galvan. Mason Meinecke was awarded the win on the mound after his three innings of play. Bryce Dawes pitched four innings, producing three strike outs. Panorama’s next game is at ACGC (0-0), today, Tuesday, May 27.
