The Panorama baseball team (3-19) kept things close but was ultimately swept at Interstate-35 (23-9) on Tuesday, June 30. Panorama had one hit in game one via Jaxon Vogel. The Panthers used three pitchers, Mason Meinecke, Vogel and Mason Cates. Panorama had one hit in game two, an Adrian Leone single. Samuel Scanlan had an RBI. Brody Steenblock and Braden Bahrenfuss each had one strikeout.
The next game for the boys is at Woodward-Granger (11-12) tonight, Friday, July 3, in the first round of substate. Panorama nearly secured a win against W-G earlier this season in a 6-5 loss. The team also lost 19-6 earlier this season.
