On Friday, Oct. 11, Panorama football (1-6) lost its away matchup against South Central Calhoun (4-3), 41-12. Cruz Crandall was responsible for most of the Panther offense. Crandall went 10/21 through the air with 130 yards and two touchdowns. Crandall also led the team in rushing on nine attempts for 75 yards. Touchdown passes were caught by Laytn Ashworth and Blake Schwartz. Landon Kirtley continued to spearhead the defense, leading the team with 7.5 tackles and one for a loss. Brayden Meinecke had a team-high two tackles for losses. Panorama’s last game of the season will be at home on Friday, Oct. 18 against Riverside (5-2). Riverside has one of the best players in the A division in Jaxon Gordon, who has 1,434 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns on the season. Riverside won last year’s matchup, 62-12.
