The Panorama girls track and field team scored 59 points at the West Central Activities Conference meet on Tuesday, May 6. Van Meter won the meet with 173. Panorama had several medal winners but no champions. Gracie Recker won silver in the shot put, as did Kylie Rochholz in the 3,000-meter run. Emma Walker won bronze in discus, and the distance medley team did, too. Panorama competed at home, Thursday, May 8, with results still to come. Panorama’s next competition is the 2A State Qualifier in Clarinda on Thursday, May 15. Panorama will compete against 11 other teams.
