The Panorama boys and girls cross country teams competed at the Jim Klein Invitational on Thursday, Oct. 10. In the boys race, Lynnville-Sully won the meet with 74 points. Panorama placed 11th with 248 points. Bladyn Wearmouth ran the best race for the Panther boys, placing 35th in 19:37.
On the girls side, the Panthers placed fifth with 132 points. West Marshall State Center won the meet with 59 points. Kylie Rochholz ran the best time for the Panthers, placing 18th in 21:50.53. Laicey Lutz was close behind, placing 25thin 22:36.11.
The next meet for the boys and girls is the West Central Activities Conference meet on Thursday, Oct. 16, hosted by ACGC. The Panthers will race against ACGC, Des Moines Christian, Earlham, Interstate 35, Madrid, Ogden, Pleasantville, Van Meter, West Central Valley and Woodward-Granger.
