STATE WINNER. Greg Randel of Panora sits in his new car that he won through a joint promotion by Valvoline and NAPA. One NASCAR replica with 3 horsepower engine was awarded in each state. Randel purchased his oil from and registered through Panora Auto Parts. At left is Panora Auto Parts owner Steve Brubaker, and at right is store manager Bob Starr. For Randel, the winning notice came on Friday the 13th.
