The ACGC girls golf team placed fourth Tuesday, April 23, at the 5×80 Golf Course. Des Moines Christian won with a score of 195, followed by the host, Earlham, 221. ACGC with finished with 261, followed by Interstate 35 with 312. The girls did not place an individual in the top 5.

The girls will play at 9 a.m. Monday, April 29, at Pleasantville Golf & Country Club in the WCAC Girls Golf Conference Meet.

The ACGC boys golf team placed fourth Tuesday, April 23 at the 5×80 Golf Course. Des Moines Christian won with a score of 163, followed by the host, Earlham, 165; Interstate 35, 188; and ACGC with 197.

The story was much the same Thursday, April 25 at the boys golf quad at Coon Rapids, where Panorama captured the title with a score of 311, followed by Coon Rapids-Bayard, 330, and Woodward-Granger, 350. ACGC rounded out the scoring with 383.

The Panorama girls soccer team (10-0) scored 9 points, upending Ballard (2-7), which failed to score April 23 at Panorama. Morgan Crees led the way with 5 goals and 12 shots on goal. Mia Waddle provided 4 assists and one goal. Kelsey Carslon had one save.

The girls (10-0) compete next on Monday, April 29, 6 p.m. at home against Clarke (2-5)

The Panther girls track and field team captured third in a field of 10 teams competing April 23 at Audubon. Tri-Center led the way with 114 points, followed by Clarinda, 105, and Panorama, 95.5. IKM-Manning trailed Panorama with 89 points. Jaidyn Sellers captured first places in the 100- and 200-meter dashes and the long jump. In the 3000-meter run, Kylie Rochholz led the field. Other first place finishes were by the 4×100 meter relay.

The girls traveled to ACGC April 25 where it finished fifth in the field of eight teams at the Gonzales/Parrish Invitational with 114 points. IKM-Manning won with 175. Maddy Lutz placed first in the 100-meter dash and Arilyan Steenblock first in the discus.

The girls next hit the track Monday, April 29, 4 p.m. at Ogden High School.

The Panther boys track and field team competed April 23 at Audubon and came in sixth in the field of 10 teams, tied with Audubon with 57 points. ACGC captured first with 117. The sole first-place finish was the 800 medley relay team.

On Thursday, April 25, the team traveled to ACGC where it came in fourth in the field of nine with 99 points. ACGC won the meet with 146 points. The 600 medley relay captured a first place finish.

The boys compete next Monday, April 29, 4 p.m. at Ogden High School.
