The Panorama girls track and field team started its season at the IATC Indoor Championships in Ames on Friday, March 14. Out of the 62 2A teams at the meet, Panorama finished 26th with six team points. Mid-Prairie Wellman won the meet with 52 points. Kylie Rochholz had the best individual performance for the girls. She placed fourth in the girls 1,500-meter run. The relay team of Mary Fett, Laicey Lutz, Maddy Lutz and Kylie Rochholz placed eighth in 10:43.00. The next competition will be the 2025 Central College Girls Indoor meet on Friday, March 21. Panorama will compete against 40 other schools.

FULL PANORAMA RESULTS

  • 800-meter run: Mary Fett placed 28th in 2:53.96.
  • 1,500-meter run: Kylie Rochholz placed fourth in 5:04.55.
  • Shot put: Gracie Recker placed 11th throwing 33-09.25.
  • 4×400-meter relay: Maddy Lutz, Gracie Recker, Almiranda Burnett and Kylie Rochholz placed 14th in 4:30.14.
  • 4×800-meter relay: Mary Fett, Laicey Lutz, Maddy Lutz and Kylie Rochholz placed eighth in 10:43.00.
