Chargers finish 7th at Earlham Invite

The ACGC girls track and field team competed at the Earlham Invitational on Tuesday, April 15. ACGC scored 43 points at the event. Van Meter won with 140. Ava Campbell won a silver medal in the 1500-meter run. The distance medley squad won silver. Becca Little earned bronze in discus.

ACGC places 2nd at Charger Relays

The ACGC boys track and field team placed second at their home meet on Thursday, April 17. ACGC scored 87 points. Earlham won the meet with 102. Eli Madsen in the 400-meter dash and the 4×110-meter shuttle hurdle relay team won gold. Joe Crawford in the 100-meter dash, the 800-meter sprint medley team and Mike Fuller in the shot put won silver. Eli Madsen in the 100-meter, the 4×800-meter relay team and Fuller in the discus, won bronze. The Chargers next meet is the Ram Relays at Greene County on Monday, April 21. ACGC will face six other teams.

ACGC earns 4th at Earlham Invitational

The ACGC boys track and field team scored 96 points at the Earlham Invitational on Tuesday, April 15. Clarinda won the meet with 127. Tate Fever in the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-meter hurdles, the sprint medley relay team, 4×200-meter relay team won silver. Brexton Schneider in the 110-meter hurdles, Talon Noland in the 200-meter dash, Eli Madsen in the 400-meter dash and 4×100-meter relay team won bronze.
